vk8a may request identity verification documents at any time for account security and financial transaction protection. If the required documents are not provided in a timely manner, the account may remain temporarily suspended.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. vk8a is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access by a third party.
vk8a currently supports the following mobile payment methods:

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The verification process may require additional time. vk8a processes withdrawals to the payment method linked to the user's account.
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts or payment methods are not permitted.
vk8a offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,500. Depositing the maximum ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳48,000.
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- A user may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after completing the wagering requirement will be withdrawable.
- vk8a reserves the right to cancel bonuses if evidence of multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse is found.
- Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled without notice.
vk8a's VIP program has three tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback benefit.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback benefit.
VIP benefits are subject to vk8a's discretion and may change without notice.
vk8a operates on the basis of fair play and integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial methods.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting to gain an advantage through manipulation.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Harassing or defrauding other players.
Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.
